testing social media services is never fun. i apologize for putting you through this.
we are feeling a little sick today and are wondering what sort of deficiencies we might have. could be protein or calcium, but not likely. we take a multivitamin and eat lots of legumes & nut butters & nuts… but adding the following to the shopping list: nutritional yeast, chickpeas, collard greens, broccoli, edamame, soy nuts.
