How to do nothing & achieve everything

you don't have to change to be happy
I'm still learning how to love and accept my physical body as the perfect terminal to the universe that it is. I've wanted to be "thinner" my entire life. Today I said to myself, "if you think you'll be happier when you're thinner, just do it already." Then I finally realized: I can choose to be happy now, or I can put it off until I'm "thinner". Why wait? I'm already perfect.

Who knows if being thinner would make me happier. I know what I really want - to feel loved. And I can love myself right now.

You don't have to do anything to get what you want
I decided I wanted to help more people get websites, because it's so fun, easy and rewarding. I asked Kelly, "how can I get the clients I want?" She told me to focus on the feeling I got from setting up sites. It feels like abundance! It feels like fun! It feels like giving something valuable that I have an infinite supply of!

I decided to experiment and not do anything to get clients. I practiced the feelings I wanted a couple times, and then totally forgot about my desire.

Now the clients are pouring in. I promise you, it works. You don't have to DO anything!! Just decide what you want, focus on the feeling you'll get from it, and let it go. It's already on the way! BELIEVE IT!

I’m putting together my page right now and as I am doing it, with the help of friends, there’s a lot happening in my head, but I get it together when I come here to read you.

You are sending more Light than you realize.

Have a great day. Moon makes link with Neptune.. put aside the routine for good daydreaming!

It’s WEIRD but it WORKS. I’ll do this from time to time, where I’ll idly say I want/need something, and then forget about it, and then it HAPPENS and I’ll be like, “Oh yeah, I DID put in an order for that, didn’t I?” It’s so strange because we’re so used to hearing that in order to get what you want, you have to work toward it every day, never lose focus, etc. So when using the Law of Attraction, you’d think that if you forget about what you want, it’s like losing focus and not putting in the effort.

But then it HAPPENS ANYWAY. So bizarre.

Jess, I totally know what you mean about “losing focus”. It almost IS like you have to forget about your desire for it to manifest. Because if you are thinking “I want this” you are vibrating “I don’t have this” and you will continue to create an environment where you don’t have what you want. So often letting go of the desire is the best thing to do.

BUT the “work” with the law of attraction is FEELING GOOD. You don’t have to keep thinking about what you want for it to come, but you do have to keep following what feels good for the universe to match you with your desires.

The way I think of it is this: you have a desire, and the universe instantly creates it somewhere in space/time. Then the universe guides you towards the thing you wanted with your emotions. It’s like when you have the desire, you create it somewhere in the world. All you have to do to find it is follow your emotions to find it.

BUT you don’t have to follow your emotions because you want the manifestation, eventually you follow your emotions because nothing else seems right. After you get used to feeling good and having things work out for you when you feel good all the time, you can’t really go back!

So then the focus is placed more on feeling good than “I’m feeling good because I think it will get me what I want”. In the end, we think we want what we want because we think it will make us feel good. If we choose to feel good now, we don’t need the manifestation at all anyway, and then SURPRISE, it comes! Life is so cool.

you’re so right! (reminds me of my post the time to love your body is now, by the by– hope you don’t mind me plugging!) I’ve been experiencing synchronicities leading me to your website this month… first, when I came across your post on fear, and now, today, through steve pavlina’s twitter… you’re a beautiful figment ;)

Aw sui thank you for telling me about the synchronicities… always my favorite thing to hear :] I love your post, especially the part about “there’s no -way- to love yourself, loving yourself is the way.”

Thank you for reminding me of what I know to be truth. <3
