Say Yes to What Is

Psychedelicological - Thank you Derrick!

Appreciating what you like about your body, or accepting the way your body is right now, helps you stop thinking thoughts of not having what you want. As long as you’re thinking “my body isn’t the way I want it to be,” it will continue to be that way. Your thoughts create your reality.

Feeling rushed is my nemesis, because it means I’m thinking of the future rather than the current moment. I have installed a new mantra of “I always have perfect timing” to replace thought patterns like “I don’t want to be late.” By thinking “I always have perfect timing,” I allow myself to be fully immersed in the moment rather than thinking resistant thoughts about future events.

The universe will always remember your preference, and it will give it to you when you are a vibrational match. When you learn to enjoy the current moment to the fullest, even if it is not your preference, you will release the thought patterns holding you back from getting what you want. Learn to be so happy with what is, that you won’t even care when you get what you want.

You and your timing. Practicing timeliness is exactly my issue of the moment, I just got a new job and it’s mandatory that you be on time every day during the five week training period, so I’m giving myself a crash course in breaking tardiness habits. I like this idea. Will try it out. :)
