How you feel right now, in this moment, is the only thing that matters. You are doing everything right. You are already perfect. You are doing beautiful work. You are expanding the universe just as you wanted. Nothing is serious. Everything is ok.
At this level, I am the best version of myself. I care about how I feel. I trust I will always feel my best again, and I always do shortly after. I understand the purpose of contrast is to cause me to focus. I understand I am god in human form. I understand that I am in control of this entire experience. I acknowledge, embrace, and am eternally grateful for my power.
