Headybear!

My wife Kelly Cree has a way with words. She has an incredible ability to clarify abstract concepts and speak about them in a way anyone can understand. She knows how to make sense when she talks.

Nearly every article I write stems from conversations with Kelly. She can answer any question I have about life design calmly and clearly. It’s almost as if she’s channeling infinite intelligence—and in a way she is, because she just doesn’t have resistance to the answers. She’s not trying to capture every one of them for public display on a website. She just knows.

So, of course, I had to capture her good ideas for public display on a website. It is with great excitement and relief that I announce our new series of audio life design lessons, Earcandy. Published by our umbrella company Joystorm, Earcandy lessons are in-depth audio discussions between Kelly and me that share our personal life design experiences and Kelly’s awesome explanations of the way things work.

Earcandy #1: How to Drop Negative Thoughts
with Silent Counting

Silent counting

Not only do negative thoughts feel bad, but they are the only thing preventing you from having what you want. We have the power to create anything we can imagine, but our minds have been trained to doubt our abilities. When you want something, the universe creates it, and sets the flow of life in motion to bring you your desired manifestation. But as soon as the mind starts doubting, or fearing, or hating, that order gets cancelled. Those damn negative thoughts! If only there was a way to keep them at bay!

That is where the silent counting comes in. In Earcandy #1, we talk about our personal experiences using counting to drop negative thoughts. It’s a solution so simple and straightforward that anyone can do it, without any tools or implements.

Head on over to the Earcandy website to read more about the lesson and to listen to a two minute preview of the audio file. The full file is 18 minutes long and only $2, the price of some good candy and way better for your health!

Yey, Kelly wisdom! If I buy the mp3 is there a limited time for me to download it? We have super slow internet where I live right now and I’d like to buy it now but be able to eventually download it when I visit a fast WiFi spot, if that makes sense! :>

Hi Ariane! The download window is 48 hours, and you can always let me know if you need a re-download! <3

Hi Emma! It is not available through itunes yet (sorry for the misleading icon!). Right now the check out process is that you purchase the mp3 through paypal and then a link is emailed to you for downloading the file. We are working to get on itunes and will make the check out process more clear on the site. Thanks for bringing this to my attention!
