The first step in manifesting a better body is getting totally in love with the body you have now.

Grateful to be home. Grateful to have a wonderful day. Grateful to focus. Grateful to feel excited. Grateful to be in the Now. Grateful to have a literal $10k day. Grateful to be a successful entrepreneur. Grateful everything is adding up. Grateful to be on the level. Grateful to be a boss. Grateful to go to two classes this morning. Grateful to belong to the Y.

Grateful to be me. Grateful to like to learn. Grateful to feel extreme relief. Grateful to feel relaxed. Grateful to be here. Grateful to rest. Grateful to be WINNING. Grateful to like myself. Grateful to be releasing resistance by the moment.

Grateful to go from scene to scene so effortlessly. Grateful I can just choose “I decided to feel good about that. It’ll work itself out.” Grateful to be FLOWING!
