Daily Meditation for 10.31.12 – Inspiration

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

What do you want? I want to feel inspired. I want to feel so inspired I don't think about food or money.

Whatever it is that you want, decide how you would feel if you had it. Would you feel joyful? Excited? Confident? Peaceful? Relaxed? Ecstatic?

Whatever that feeling is that you want, hold onto it. Remember times when you felt it before. That feeling is like a road on a map. Stay with that feeling and you will be lead to where you want to go.

Breathe in congratulate yourself for how far you've come.
Breathe out and know it's only the beginning.

Whatever you want, you can choose to feel as if you have it right now. It's a simple shift in perspective. It's easy. Just decide to feel that way right now.

I feel inspired. I feel so inspired that I have no concern for money or food. I feel god reaching through my fingers. I see my path lighting up in front of me. I know exactly what to do, where to go, what to say.

You don't have to take any action to get to where you want to go. Just choose the feeling you want and feel it now.

I feel inspired. I have a new idea that's simply brilliant. I'm acting without thinking, letting action be pulled through me. I feel in the flow. I feel like I'm part of the dance. I feel life unfolding for me, effortlessly.

As your awareness grows, your power to control your experience grows too. And as your power grows, you need to "do" less and less. Just think about what you want, feel the feeling of having it, and let life figure out all the rest.

Breathe in and feel inspiration entering your heart!
Breathe out and allow it to you lead you!

Breathe in and know you can have whatever you want!
Breathe out and know that you already do!

Life will show you the next step. Be ready.

What do I desire?

Grateful for my wife. Grateful for our anniversary. Grateful to spend time appreciating. Grateful to ask "what do I desire?"

I desire:
- to feel good in my body
- to have fun
- to feel inspired
- to feel excited
- to be debt free
- a bigger, newer, good-smelling apartment with a breeze and natural light and wood floors
- to feel sexy
- to be honest
- to see people with their puppy
- to feel brave
- to feel successful
- to feel confident

- to have 1 on 1 time with more people
- to love unconditionally
- to be nice to myself
- to be happy with what I have

- to think less

Mostly I want to feel inspired and excited. And I want to be kind and generous. And I want to love unconditionally.

Welcome to Tuesday Taco Tips, the weekly guide to a good attitude. As Hurricane Sandy challenges our friends and family in other parts of the world, those of us here in Austin are reminded of how blessed we truly are. When shit hits the fan and our petty concerns of daily life recede into the background, it's nice to remember that we already have it all. We have a never-ending supply of love that will always pull us through. Here are some ways to count your blessings, go with the flow, and project a signal of taco.

Doing

procrastinate!
1. Procrastinate.
If you don't feel like doing something, it's not the right time. According to Danielle Laporte, "Hesitation can be a form of wisdom." And Abraham says, "What is the definition of procrastination? It means: I can feel within my Energy sensor that this action is not in perfect alignment at this time."

2. Look in the mirror and tell yourself "I love you."
Louise Hay says, "Mirror work is very powerful. Whenever we look into the mirror, most of us will say something negative to ourselves. To look yourself straight in the eye and make a positive declaration about yourself is, in my opinion, the quickest way to get results with affirmations."

3. Count to stop thinking.

4. Make a list of 99 Things you love.
Every day, I make a list of things I like about my day. I write down everything from my breakfast, to the hot shower I took, to my favorite mantra for the day. Notice it, get more of it. Download the worksheet here!

5. Tell it how you want it to be, not how it is.

6. Send a signal of appreciation.
To actively request more things to appreciate, finish this sentence: "I love it how..." I love it how I got up early today. I love it how I have time to write. I love it how I feel healthy. I love it how Kelly and I are getting along.


7. Send a signal of unconditional love.

8. Nuzzle what you want to muzzle.
That annoying shit in your life just wants to be loved too! It's annoying you because it's a part of yourself that you don't like. Love and accept the parts of yourself you don't like and the external annoyances will go away.

9. Remember what you are.

10. Be easy.
Whatever is coming your way, accept it as a gift. When things don't go as planned, know it's a solution. Take the path of least resistance. Say yes. Let go. Life is supposed to be easy. Let it live you and it will take you where you want to go!

Daily Meditation for 10.29.12 – You don’t have to worry today

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

It's ok to let go. You're ok right now, right? Then you can let go of all your thoughts. All your worries. All your to-dos. You're ok right now. You can let go. You're safe.

Breathe in and know god would never let anything bad happen to you.
Breathe out and let yourself feel loved and cared for.

You're ok. There is nothing to fear. Life can feel so stressful, but only because you're choosing stressful thoughts. You can choose different thoughts, or you can choose to not think at all.

Your mind is a powerful machine, and when you let it run wild, it can be petrifying! But it only takes a single moment of focus to turn the boat downstream. You can choose the other side of the wave. You can choose to feel relief.

Breathe in and know you are loved.
Breathe out and know everything will be ok.

You don't have to change. You don't have to take action. You don't have to be anyone other than who you are right now. Right now, you are perfect. You are safe. You are loved. You are in the right place at the right time.

Breathe in and feel the power of your focus.
Breathe out and choose to feel relief.

Relief can come in many ways, but let's go with something simple today. Close your eyes and feel the feeling of someone coming along and taking care of everything for you. Your finances. Your love life. Your job. Your health. It's all been taken care of, because you are loved and you deserve to be cared for.

It's safe to stop worrying. It's safe to stop caring. It's safe to stop stressing. It's safe to breathe. It's safe to love. It's safe to let go.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and say FUCK IT!

Decide, "I don't have to worry today! I don't have to DO anything today!" And if you ever find yourself tangled with an unpleasant thought, just start counting and it will go away. 1... 2... 3...
