Daily Meditation for 2.28.13 – Step Forward into Growth

This meditation was inspired by Abraham Maslow and the Entheos Optimizer newsletter.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome to a new now, where all of your power lies. Today is the best day of your life. Today, you're winning. Today you've made the decision to feel good and now you're attracting things that are going to help you. All you had to do was make a single decision to turn the boat in the direction you want to float.

You made the decision to feel good and now here you are. Everything's working out for you.

Breathe in and let life flow through you.
Breathe out and trust that you are cared for

In every moment you have a choice. Are you going to step forward into growth, or backward into safety? Today you will take many more steps forward than you will steps back.

Breathe in and decide right now to step forward.
Breathe out and trust that there will be stable ground to walk on when you take that step.

You're not going to fall, you're not going to fail. Life's holding you up, the ground is holding you up. The world is holding you up. You're cared for. Nothing bad is going to happen to you. Life favors the bold, the brave, the courageous. Decide to be brave today.

Breathe in and decide to not care.
Breathe out and say fuck it to all of that shit you worry about.

You don't have to care about what anyone thinks. You don't have to care about what anyone else is doing. Even if the worst happened, you would be fine! You're still breathing. Life will still take care of you.

Breathe in and embrace your fears!
Breathe out and know your fears are telling you the direction to go in.

Take a risk today! Take a 1000 risks! Be fearless! Take the first step out into the tightrope. Like in that one Indiana Jones and he has to step forward into the clouds? And as soon as he takes a step, that beam shows up and he's walking on that wooden beam. That's what it's like. Trust you can step out into the clouds and something will be there to hold you up. Whatever you're afraid of, today's the day to go for it.

Breathe in and trust yourself.
Breathe out and trust that life will hold you up.

You are so brave. You are so strong. And you are so excited to take this next step! It feels like a risk, but without great risk there is no great reward!

Breathe in and decide to have fun today. Nothing matters. Breathe out and don't care! Let go. This is supposed to be fun. If you mess up no one will judge you. If you mess up you'll only learn.

There's no way you can mess up because life will support you every step of the way. So today are you going to step forward, or are you going to fall back into safety? In every moment, make the decision to step forward.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Welcome to a new now. Welcome to the best day of your life. From this moment forward life is going to get easier and easier.

Breathe in and let the flow through you
Breathe out and know that it's already in you.

Everything you want you already have. You can be happy right now!
It's easy you just choose it.

Breathe in and decide to let go.
Breathe out and let go.

When you wake up, and you battle thoughts about getting out of bed, or about what you have to do today, say to yourself over and over, "I don't care! I don't care!"

When something happens that you don't like, say "I DON'T CARE!"

When something happens that you do like, say "I don't care!"

You can still love and appreciate and enjoy, but you don't have to care anymore. You don't have to care about anything.

Breathe in and know that caring is just holding on.
Breathe out and let go.

You don't have to feel guilty when you stop caring. You don't have to feel bad. You don't have to feel like you're shirking responsibility. When you stop caring you're doing you. You're caring about the only thing that matters - how you feel.

Breathe in and decide to have the best day of your life!
Breathe out and celebrate today.

You don't care, so nothing should be bothering you. You don't care so it doesn't matter if you're late. You don't care so it doesn't matter how much money you have or who you see. You don't care. Nothing bothers you. Rolls right off your back.

Breathe in and feel how good it is, how good it feels, to not care.
Breathe out and feel the relief of letting go. When you let go, you let life do its job. Its job is to take care of you, to work out the details, to make arrangements, to set up synchronicities and circumstances. You don't have to take any action. You only have to let go and let it come to you.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and know you're in the right place at the right time.

You've wasted way too long caring about things that don't matter. Most of the things you care about you won't care about even tomorrow, or next week or month or year. Decide right now, I don't care! Decide to not let anything bother you anymore. Just tune it out. I don't care! It's blissful. It'll help you see that everything you need is already inside of you.

Grateful to be awake and alive! Grateful for a new day! Grateful to feel good in my body. Grateful to trust the process of life. Grateful I know it's all working out for me. Grateful to know I have perfect timing. Grateful for coffee. Grateful for my wife. Grateful for this day! I'm allowing this to be the best day of my life. I'm allowing myself to not care. I'm allowing myself to remember I'm perfect the way I am. I'm allowing myself to trust the flow of life!

Tuesday Tips: 11 Ways to Stop Being a Little Bitch

Welcome to Tuesday Tips, the weekly guide to practicing positivity. This week the tips are all about having confidence in yourself. Clear your mind, put your body at ease, and dive into the flow with these morsels of magick. It's your life, and you only live once! Stop caring about what they think and GO FOR IT! I know you can do it!

Doing

1. If you want it, go take it.
Stop pussyfooting around. Speak up and ask for what you want! It never hurts to ask.

2. Start before you're ready.

Talk to anyone at the top of their game and you’ll hear something like this. 'When I got started, I was a mess. I had no idea what I was doing, I just kept putting stuff out there. After a while, everything came together.' ~ Marie Forleo in Brian Johnson's newsletter

Last Monday, I was starting to question whether I was going to publish my new worksheet at all. Was it ready? Was it good enough? Then I read what Marie had to say and decided to go ahead and share before I "felt ready." I'm so glad I did, because the worksheet was a big hit and sold dozens of copies!

3. Make friends with everyone you meet, and add them all on Facebook.
Facebook is one of the most powerful ways to spread your message. If you friend every person you meet every day, you'll expand the reach of your work effortlessly. People you meet in real life may be more likely to take interest in your website than strangers online, so start connecting your digital and physical lives to create a reality more in line with who you really are.

4. Stressed about work? Know you can do it at any time, in your head.
What is your work? It's your mood—how you feel. You can work on your mood anywhere. And when you get yourself in a good mood, all of your other so-called "work" will do itself. The easiest way to work on your mood? Stop thinking and count!

5. Make your decisions quickly and don't turn back.
The universe favors the bold, the confident, and the decisive. Any path you choose is the right path, so just start moving! Waffling around being indecisive sends a muddied vibration. The universe won't know what to bring you. Have confidence in any decision you make and the universe will back up your confidence with rewarding experiences.

6. Try this mantra: "I'm on a roll!"
I love hearing people say this! You know the feeling—can you fake it 'til you make it?

7. Try this mantra: "They'll buy it!"
Have confidence in your ideas. When you have something you want to sell to someone (whether for money or just to get them to agree with you), tell yourself "they'll buy it!" And when you do convince them, say "they bought it!"

8. Fill out a Universal Order Form.
My friend asked for "smooth sailing" and choose the order number 26. Not only did she receive her smooth sailing, but now every time we see the number 26 we think "smooth sailing," perpetuating the good feeling.

Feeling

9. Before you go to bed, practice the feeling of waking up feeling joyful and powerful.
Pre-pave the way you feel in the morning. If you can spend just a few moments picturing how good you'll feel when you wake up, you'll be more likely to go to sleep feeling good. The more you practice the feeling, the more your actions will reflect that good feeling. Your habits will improve effortlessly, and waking up will become much easier.

10. Try "feeling" this mantra: "I love everyone and everyone loves me."

Being

11. All that counts is here and now.
I am surrounded with art and music that reminds me that RIGHT NOW IS ALL THERE IS! As you go about your day, come back to the present by saying to yourself, "This is it! This is all there is!" Think of the present as your canvas. What are you going to make of it? Let's go!

Now get fired up with some Calvin Harris and go have the best day of your life.
