I write Tuesday Tips every week because I'm learning to love the fool in me. My fool turns to junk food and tv for comfort. My fool refuses to work for someone else. My fool judges her body. My fool parties too much and takes her anger out on herself.

But my fool is also fearless and always willing to go first. My fool has hilarious stories. My fool doesn't worry and she loves to have fun. My fool always dodges the bullet. And she loves to laugh and play and fuck and dream. She likes walking the tightrope, while my tyrant thinks tightrope is too dangerous altogether.

Loving the fool within means making peace with what is. It means being happy with what we have. It means loving ourselves the way we are. It means letting go and trusting the process of life.

I wanted an easier way to remember how to love the fool than combing through my past articles online. So I wrote Doing Thinking Feeling Being, a 261-page book curated from my weekly Tuesday Tips feature. Out of my 81 Tuesday Tips posts, I've collected, organized and polished over 200 of the very best ideas. The tips are sorted into category to address the fool in any situation: abundance, creativity, lifestreaming, routine, releasing resistance, mantras, manifesting, appreciating contrast, self-love, practicing the feeling, relationships, health, meditation techniques and staying in the present.

Now when I need a confidence-boost because my fool is acting up, I open Doing Thinking Feeling Being and remember who I am. I am a powerful creator who can choose to focus on what's working in my life, foolish or not.
