How to Train Yourself to Focus on Abundance

Abundance!

Lately I've been keeping a "60 Reasons Why I'm So Abundant Tonight" list. I write it in the evening, usually a couple hours before bed. It's a diary of awesome things about my day, filled with examples of abundance ranging from food to friends to cold hard cash.

Last night, as I was falling asleep, I found myself coming up with more things to put on my list. There's a sidewalk we can bike on 1st Street now! The Pitbull station rules! We sold a video clip! Instead of the usual worrying-myself-to-sleep routine, I was focused on abundance.

All it takes to project a consistent vibration of abundance is practice. I'm so excited to have found a good training program!
