Quiet your mind. Let your thoughts go. The only reason you could ever feel bad, would be because you're thinking. You can let go of whatever thoughts are bothering you right now. They're just thoughts, just things. You can drop them like they're hot!

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and relax.

Empty your mind. Let the flow through you. Imagine source energy coming into your body, healing you, filling you with light, helping you right now.

Breathe in and know everything's ok.
Breathe out and say yes to right now.

Say yes to what is. Make peace with this moment. This moment's all you have. It's silly to resist it. It's all there is. You can't change it. But you can be it. You can accept it. You can be at peace. You can choose peace right now.

I love it when I consciously direct my thoughts and my life. I love it when I meet people who are a match. I love it when I feel good about myself. I love it when I do me. I love it when I'm creative. I love it when I'm positive. I love it when I help other people.

Everything is happening at the perfect time. You can relax now. Just don't worry! You want to tell everyone not to worry about you, but you have to stop worrying first!

Don't be afraid! You're doing a great job. You're doing your best! You're living your life to the fullest! You're doing all you can do!

Just trust! Trust that life is on your side. Trust that everything is in perfect timing. Trust that it's going to work out. Trust that when the time is right, you'll know!

Life is always giving you what you want. But in order for you to come up with new things to want, you have to experience what you don't want. Just embrace it and say thank you.
