Surrender to this present moment. In this present moment, you don’t have to change anything. You don’t have to change this moment, or yourself, or me or anyone else.

Make peace with this present moment. The easiest way to get what you want is to be happy with what you already have.

Breathe out and let go of your need to change or control everything

If you can be happy with what you have right here, right now, you’ll become a magnet for more of what you want. But most importantly, you’ll be at peace and you’ll feel good right now.

Decide to make peace with this moment. Decide things already are the way you want them to be. Decide you like it the way it is. Decide you love how things already are.

Surrender to this moment. This moment and all the people in it are your teachers. If you’re feeling annoyed or irritated with your reality, first surrender. And then ask yourself, what is the lesson I’m supposed to learn from this? What is this moment teaching me about myself, since this moment is only a mirror?

Life is just for fun. You can lighten up now!

You don’t have to worry and you certainly don’t have to care.

When you find something irritating or unpleasant, don’t try to run away from it, you’ll just make it bigger. Don’t try to control it or be mad or tell it to change. Make peace with whatever it is that’s irritating you. Say to yourself, “I surrender to this moment. I don’t have to change it or you.” You are so free. You don’t have to control anything. You can just surrender and exist in this moment.

Once you let go of your resistance to this moment, you’ll see what it is teaching you—what it is giving you.

Breathe out and feel open to receiving.

Those things that irritate you—those are gifts. Those minor annoyances? That’s a gift. It’s a lesson that will open you up and expand your perspective and ultimately make you happier.
