Daily Meditation – Choose Your Focus

You get to choose what you focus on and if you feel bad, look at what you’re focused on.

Let the answers come to you. Let what you want come to you. You don’t need anything outside of yourself to feel good or be happy. Even if you really want that money or you really want that pizza or you really want that relationship, it’s only your mind telling you you need it. You don’t need it.

Breathe in and be whole
Breathe out and be your reason for feeling good

If you can feel just as good as you would if you had that money and that pizza and that relationship, you’ll become a magnet to those things and they’ll be drawn to you. But best of all, you’ll already feel the way you want to feel.

Breathe out and remember you’re the creator: You get to choose.

You’re in the right place at the right time. All of your debts are settled. Let yourself enjoy the perfect choices that you’ve made. They’ve lead you to right here right now.

You don’t have to change it. You don’t have to change me. You don’t have to change yourself.

Breath in and feel complete.
Breathe out and be your reason for feeling complete.

You are the source, the generator of the good feelings you desire. The good feelings you create inside of yourself are what attracts your reality.

Breathe in and feel better.
Breathe out and remember when you feel better you attract better feeling things.

You are in control. You are in charge of the way you feel and what you think. You are in control of your perspective. That’s all creation is, is choosing your perspective.

Breathe in and feel relieved.
Breathe out and laugh because life isn’t serious!!

This life, this day, this moment, is just for fun. Let yourself enjoy where you are right now. If you don’t enjoy it now you never will.

Breathe in and open up, lighten up, have fun!
Breathe out and be the person you want to be. Just by choosing it.

Let yourself become a magnet to those things you want. But when you are a magnet to that thing you want, you won’t need it anymore, because you’ve already created it inside of yourself.

Wouldn't it be nice to have the best lunch of my life? Wouldn't it be nice to feel fun and woke and excited? Wouldn't it be nice to feel the best I've ever felt? Wouldn't it be nice to make my best work? Wouldn't it be nice to feel full of myself?

Wouldn't it be nice to feel free? Wouldn't it be nice to explode? Wouldn't it be nice to blow up? Wouldn't it be nice to feel like the best version of myself? Wouldn't it be nice to have fun and laugh? Wouldn't it be nice to let it come to me?

I'm choosing to switch to the version of reality I prefer. In the reality I prefer, I don't give a fuck. In the reality I prefer, I love myself.

In the reality I prefer, I already am the way I should be. I don't have to change a thing. I'm in the right place at the right time. I don't have to care. I feel the best I've ever felt right now. I don't care. I am light. I am free. I am one with life. I am letting life be easy today. I am doing me. I am full of myself. I am full of myself. I am so full of myself. I am so full of myself. I am whole. I am complete. I already have everything I want.

I already am who I want to be. Life already is the way I want it to be. I am at peace with what is. I am the creator. I am in control of my vibration. I feel confident. I feel the best I've ever felt. I am letting life live me.

Today I intend to have the best day of my life. Today I intend to take care of myself. Today I intend to do what I want. Today I intend to be the best version of myself. Today I intend to lighten up. Today I intend to be at peace with what is.

Cultivate this attitude of being the reason you feel good, of giving yourself the love that you crave from others, of not worrying about what other people think, of not worrying about whats going to happen in the future. Allow yourself to go through your day loving yourself and dropping each negative as it comes with a simple “I don’t give a fuck!” Pay attention to your thoughts today and when you find yourself feeling bad, look at what you’re thinking. Are you thinking “I feel bad”? Or “I wonder if I should have done this”? Or “I hope I make it on time”? To any of these thoughts, a simple

I love myself!
I don’t give a fuck!
Will relax you, and let yourself remember that life isn’t serious. You are the creator. And this is just for fun!

Focus your attention right here, right now. Let yourself hear the flow. Allow yourself to feel the flow. Where does it run in your body. Where do you see it, where do you feel it? What does this flow of well being feel like to you?

When you connect with the flow, you’re connecting with infinite intelligence, with a broader perspective. You’re connecting with your highest self, with god, with the universe, that which made you—that which you are.

Wouldn't it be nice to feel kind and compassionate? Wouldn't it be nice to practice loving myself? Wouldn't it be nice to feel like a star? Wouldn't it be nice to laugh and play and flirt and have fun? Wouldn't it be nice to be able to do pushups on my toes with proper form? Wouldn't it be nice to feel as hyphy as I did on Monday? Wouldn't it be nice to be light? Wouldn't it be nice to hear from my dad? Wouldn't it be nice to relax? Wouldn't it be nice to let what I want come to me? Wouldn't it be nice to practice what I preach?

Wouldn't it be nice to lighten up? Wouldn't it be nice to see an old friend? Wouldn't it be nice to feel in love? Wouldn't it be nice to feel the flow? Wouldn't it be nice to trust the process of life? Wouldn't it be nice to smile and laugh and feel the best I've ever felt?

I'm switching to the version of reality I prefer. In the reality I prefer, life is living me. I am at peace with what is. Life is on my side. I am doing everything right. I am in control of my vibration. I am letting the flow through me. I am letting go of my worries. I remember who I am. I ask and it is given. I am one with life. I am at peace with what is. I am making my best work. I am light. I am free. I am love. I am a magnet for well being and love. I am letting go of my resistance.

When you have a desire—say you want to figure out a solution to a problem— you don’t have to think about it over and over. Instead try this: Think of your problem and say, “I ask for a solution to my problem. Thank you.” And then trust that it’s on the way. Go back to focusing on your breath or silent counting and really know that your answer is coming. It also helps if you don’t really care if you get the answer either way.

Anytime a negative thought crosses your mind, such as “I feel bad I didn’t do that…” just say to yourself,

I love myself!
I don’t give a fuck!

Strategies for Getting What You Want

If you want something, and you think about how you want it, you are sending a signal of "I don't have this but I want it." So the universe keeps delivering exactly that--a reality where you don't have the thing you want, but you still want it.

The way to work with the universe is to know what you want is already yours. When you have the desire, it is created by the universe. Any time you want something, just assume it's on the way.

But that can be difficult with us humans because we don't always trust the process of life. We don't always believe that what we want can come. So it's hard to stop thinking "I want this but I don't have it."

When we get stuck in that pattern of projecting "I want it but I don't have it," it's time to do a little work with the thought pattern. One strategy is to give what we want to ourselves. Usually we want all the things we do so we can feel love. So when we give ourselves love (through mantras, self-care, meditation, kind thoughts, etc.), we no longer are projecting "I want love but I don't have it." The vibration changes to "I am loved." Then once you feel loved, your reality can start reflecting that back to you in manifestations other than just you loving yourself.

Another strategy is "making peace with it never coming". Let go of the desire completely and truly stop caring if you get it. If you stop caring if you get it, then you stop projecting "I want it but I don't have it." Then the manifestation is free to come to you. One of my favorite ways to make peace with it not coming is to say "I don't give a fuck if I ever get ______!" If I can truly let go of the desire, it will come to me. This strategy can be frustrating because you receive what you want once you don't want it anymore--but that's the whole point, to feel good without the manifestation.

Above all, the best strategy you can use to get what you want is to feel good as often as you can. Take care of your health, express yourself creatively, stand up for yourself, laugh. When you fill your life with things that feel good, you can spend your time in the present moment enjoying life as it is, not needing change or manifestations to make your life better. And when you spend your time feeling good, you are a match to those things you want that also feel good. But you won't even care if you get those things because you already feel good!

That is the whole paradox: you must BECOME IT to SEE IT. You must feel good to manifest things that feel good. You must be the change you want to see. YOU are the creator!
