You get to choose what you focus on and if you feel bad, look at what you’re focused on.

Let the answers come to you. Let what you want come to you. You don’t need anything outside of yourself to feel good or be happy. Even if you really want that money or you really want that pizza or you really want that relationship, it’s only your mind telling you you need it. You don’t need it.

Breathe out and be your reason for feeling good

If you can feel just as good as you would if you had that money and that pizza and that relationship, you’ll become a magnet to those things and they’ll be drawn to you. But best of all, you’ll already feel the way you want to feel.

Breathe out and remember you’re the creator: You get to choose.

You’re in the right place at the right time. All of your debts are settled. Let yourself enjoy the perfect choices that you’ve made. They’ve lead you to right here right now.

Breath in and feel complete.
Breathe out and be your reason for feeling complete.

You are the source, the generator of the good feelings you desire. The good feelings you create inside of yourself are what attracts your reality.

Breathe out and remember when you feel better you attract better feeling things.

You are in control. You are in charge of the way you feel and what you think. You are in control of your perspective. That’s all creation is, is choosing your perspective.

Breathe out and laugh because life isn’t serious!!

This life, this day, this moment, is just for fun. Let yourself enjoy where you are right now. If you don’t enjoy it now you never will.
