Breathe in and raise your vibration
Breathe out and release your resistance

Welcome back to the present moment. In this moment, you have infinite power, infinite intelligence, infinite peace.

Breathe in and pay attention to your breath
Breathe out and relax your body

Today, allow your breath to be your source of feeling good. Allow your breath to rock you awake.

Breathe in and follow your breath
Breathe out and follow your breath

When you place your attention on your breath, you take your attention away from your thoughts, away from anything that might be making you feel bad, away from stress and worry. You bring your attention into the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out

Let yourself follow this rhythm. Let yourself say in your head, over and over

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out

Follow this rhythm for 100 breaths.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out

Begin to feel the flow of life.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out

Over time, as you focus on this mantra in your head, you will notice a buzz begin to fill your body like a painkiller, or like being rocked asleep by a mother, but instead you’re being rocked away by life inside of you.

Breathing out I know I’m breathing out

Bring all of your attention onto your breath, as much as you can throughout your day.

This rhythm will bring you peace, it will feel like a painkiller or like a magickal potion where everything is ok.

When you put your attention on your breath, you’re not looking for something to think about, start looking for the feeling of flow inside your body.

This flow will calm you, will bring you peace, will bring you centeredness. It’s already all inside of you.

Allow the rhythm of your breath to wake you up in this dream

Look for the feeling that putting your attention on your breath gives you. Look for the peace and tranquility and complete body buzz that you can get just from paying attention to your breath.
