You don’t have to change a thing. You don’t have to change yourself or this moment. Let’s just relax and practice loving and accepting unconditionally.

Whatever’s going wrong in your life today, just give it unconditional love and acceptance. Right now I have a headache. I can choose to resist it, or I can choose to love and accept it exactly the way it is. I’ve noticed I have a headache, and that’s ok. I’ve noticed that my headache is part of me and that’s ok. I’ve noticed I feel responsible for this headache and that’s ok. I’ve noticed I’m sick of having a headache and that’s ok. I’ve made peace with the headache and now I can only give it love and acceptance.

Dear Jessica’s Headache, I love and accept you exactly the way you are. Hey, Headache, I love and accept you exactly the way you are. I love and accept you exactly the way you are. By allowing myself to be with this headache and to give it love, I can feel it subsiding already. I love and accept you exactly the way you are. Instead of resisting the malady, just love it. Then it gets the attention it wants, and you figure out what it is causing the pain in the first place, and your body feels loved and you feel loved and then you can heal.

Be kind to your illnesses. Be kind to yourself. All everything wants is love and acceptance and you have the power to give that love and acceptance. You can start by giving it to yourself and your pains and your aches and then you can turn it on the whole world. Just by giving yourself the love and acceptance you want, it is reflected in the whole world.
