Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and surrender
Breathe out and relax into this moment

Everything is perfect and in its place. There’s nowhere else you have to be. It’s ok to relax. It’s ok to be still. You’re in the right place at the right time.

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and decide not to care

You don’t have to care what’s going on outside of this moment, outside of yourself. You can go within and relax.

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!

In this moment, everything’s working out for you. In this moment, this is where you’re meant to be. Everything that’s ever been created has led up to right now. In this moment you are safe.

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and let go of all of your judgements. Let go of all of your worries. Let go of all of your hatred for yourself and for others.

In this moment, there is only love.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is
Breathe out and feel better already

There’s nothing to worry about. There’s nothing you have to do. You can just relax and enjoy where you’re at right now.

Breathe in and forgive yourself
Breathe out and let go of the past version of yourself.

In this moment, you are brand new. In this moment, you are a completely new person. In this moment, you have a fresh slate.

Breathe in and feel so relieved
Breathe out and relax because now you have a fresh slate.

This is the fresh start that you’ve been wanting and it’s happening right now in this moment.

Breathe in and celebrate your new beginning
Breathe out and let go of your past self

Let go of your past history. Let go of what’s happened. There’s only right now.

Breathe in and say “I love myself”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck about the past. I don’t give a fuck about what I’ve done.”

In this moment, everything is fresh, everything is new, everything is perfect and in its place, and you can now relax and enjoy the vacation that is the present moment.
