Life is not serious. There’s nothing you HAVE to do today. You are free. You get to do whatever you want.

What is it that you want today? I just want to feel inspired. So, I’m going to decide to not give a fuck if I ever feel inspired again.

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck if I ever get that thing that I want! I am at peace with what is.”

Breathe in and let your mind slow down
Breathe out and surrender to this moment

This moment is the main event. Right now is all there is. The past is just in your mind. The future is just in your mind. All that is real, is right in front of you.

Breathe in and step into this present moment
Breathe out and wake up in the dream

Let yourself become lucid right now. You’re alive! You’re human! You’re god in human form! You can be or do or have anything you want. You are free to do whatever you want! If you feel bad, it’s only your thoughts that are making you feel bad and you can step outside of your thoughts right now

Breathe out and smile because you’re already feeling lighter

Let go of your need to control every single minute of your day. Let go of your need to control yourself. Let go of your need to control others. Let go of your need to control what happens. Today give up control.

Breathe in and surrender control
Breathe out and decide not to care about controlling anything ever again!

What if you just let life live you? What if you just let go of what you want and surrender? What if you just say YES?

Breathe in and say YES!
Breathe out and say THANK YOU!

All of those major manifestations that happen to you—they come when you say yes. They come when you try new things. They come when you let go of your rigid structures and schedules. Everything you want comes to you when you let go.

If you want to let go and let things come to you, you need to detach from your physical reality. You need to keep your mind and your thoughts off of this world because when you’re thinking about this world, whatever you’re thinking about, you’re pushing away. If you’re thinking about what you want that’s great—but if you keep thinking about it, you’re going to push it away. Right now acknowledge what you want—“I want to feel inspired!”—and then let it go and act as if you’ll never get it. Decide to feel good in some other way. And guess how you can feel good in some other way? With silent counting!

Breathe out and step outside of your mind

Let silent counting help you detach from needing control. Let silent counting help you detach from your desires. Let it help you detach from caring about this world.

Let yourself return to the numbers. Let your silent counting be the reason you feel good today. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 … over and over to 100, and then over and over to 10,000. Let yourself go within to find the answers you’re looking for, begging for, without. Everything you want will come to you when you let it go, and silent counting will help those things flow!
