Let your thoughts go. You don’t need them. If you can step outside of your mind into the present moment, you’ll return to your natural state of feeling good.

Ask yourself, What do I want?

I just want to be my reason for feeling good. I want to feel good regardless of my circumstances. I want to feel good for no reason.

Breathe in and think about what you want

When you ask, it is given.

Breathe out and smile because what you want is on the way!

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

If you want to be your reason for feeling good—if you want to feel good regardless of your circumstances—let yourself use silent counting as your mantra!

Breathe out and trust the process of life

Allow yourself to put your faith in the numbers. The more you can count silently in your head, the more space you get from your thoughts. The more space you get from your thoughts, the better you feel. The better feel, the better manifestations come into your life. So let’s count to 100 really quick! Did you know that’s what my hat is for?? That’s the Cult of Counting! Let’s celebrate the cult of counting by counting to 100.

Let yourself do this over and over today. Count to 10,000! If you can step away from your thoughts, you’ll be your reason for feeling good. You won’t care if you ever get those things you want because you already feel good. Then the things that you want will come!
