This is the best day of your life. In this moment, you hold all of the power to create whatever you want. Ask yourself, right now, “What do I want?”

I just want to be in a good mood. I just want to feel good. Actually, I want to feel the best I’ve ever felt.

Breathe out and decide to not care if you ever get it

I don’t care if I ever feel the best I’ve ever felt ever again. I don’t care. Who cares? I’ll live. I’ll survive. I’ll find another way to feel good.

Breathe in and say YES!
Breathe out and say THANK YOU!

Whatever it is that you want, even though your mind says, “I can’t be happy if I don’t get that! If I don’t ever feel the best I’ve ever felt again, how will I ever feel good?”

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

I don’t care. I can’t care. When I care, I push it away from myself. When I care about feeling the best I’ve ever felt, then all I’m doing is putting my attention on how I DON’T feel the best I’ve ever felt. I just have to acknowledge my desire and let it go, and trust it will come to me.

Breathe out and know that your power is in letting go

Everything you want can be yours if you can let it go.

Allow yourself to step away from your thoughts. Your thoughts are the only thing that can make you feel bad. Your thoughts are the only thing that can make you feel like you’re not having the best day of your life.

Breathe out and know that it’s easy to step away from your thoughts

When you step away from your thoughts, you feel better. When you feel better, you attract those manifestations that you want so much. Then you don’t care if you get them. Because you feel good anyway. If you want to step away from your thoughts, just go back to your silent counting. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 … 99 100 …

Also if you count out loud, it forces you to push all your stale breath out and pull in fresh air, and slow your breathing and relax.

Now you’ve stepped away from your thoughts. You’re already feeling better. You can relax and let those manifestations come to you.

You are in the right place at the right time and this is the best day of your life. All you have to do to see that is step away from your thoughts with your counting or any other mantra or your breath
