Let yourself think to yourself, “This is enough.”

So often, we are trying to escape this moment, because this moment is not enough, I am not enough, you are not enough, this is not enough! But what if we slowed down and deliberately chose the perspective: This is enough. I am enough.

When it’s not enough, you feel bad. Your mood is your only work—when you feel good, you attract solutions, you’re a match to manifestations. When you feel bad, you just attract more of the same. If we can switch our perspective to a point where “This is enough! I am enough!” then we start feeling better. So today, our work, is to feel enough. When we feel enough, life is enough and we feel better. When we feel better, we get what we want. But that doesn’t matter, because all that matters is feeling good, feeling better. Raising our vibration—that’s all raising our vibration is, it’s feeling better. We can all do our part to feel better and that is how we can help the world.

The only work we can do is the work to feel better because our moods are our work. The only way we can help the world is if we, as individuals, feel better.

You are enough. We’re doing enough! We’re all doing our best. We are not powerless. Our power is in our ability to shift our perspective. Our power is the ability to choose to feel better, to choose to see that it IS enough. We’re all trying so hard. It’s enough!
