Let yourself step back and see the bigger picture of life. Let yourself step back into the seat of your consciousness and watch your thoughts go by.

Breathe in and be the observer
Breathe out and let your mind be still

You are not your thoughts. You are that which watches your thoughts. You don’t have to believe everything you think.

Breathe in and be your reason for feeling good
Breathe out and connect to source

Breathe in and pull brilliant gold light into the crown of your head
Breathe out and be connected to source

This is the right place and the right time and you’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and feel what you want coming to you

Breathe in and be at peace with what is
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious! You don’t have to care!

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

Let yourself relax in this moment. Let yourself say yes and thank you to whatever it is that your life is right now.

Remember you live the magick life. You don’t have to worry. You don’t have to struggle or strive. Just trust the process of life. Trust that you live the magick life! Feel how good it feels to think, “I live the magick life.” When you live the magick life, you trust life to provide for you. You do the only work that matters—which is lifting your mood.

Right now just decide to work on your mood and fuck all the rest. Give up on your to do list, give up on caring about what other people think. Your mood is your work and you’re feeling better than ever!
