Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance

Just decide to say FUCK IT! All that matters is how you feel, and right now, all those thoughts whirling around in your head are not helping you feel good!

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck! Fuck it Fuck it Fuck it!”

It’s time to have fun, to relax and to enjoy life exactly the way it is!

Breathe in and decide to enjoy life exactly the way it is, right now
Breathe out and smile because if you smile it makes your brain think that there are things to smile about, and you feel better.

Breathe in and say “I love myself”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

You are in the right place at the right time and you are doing everything right. Let your mind slow down, smile, begin to feel like you’re lightening up.

Breathe in and lighten the fuck up!
Breathe out and laugh because life is not serious!

All those worries, all those doubts and fears and dreads and to do lists in your head?! Fuck them!

Breathe in and say “I love myself exactly the way I am!”
Breathe out and say “I love my life exactly the way it is! I don’t have to change, I don’t have to do a thing! This is enough! I am enough! This moment is enough!”

Breathe in and take all of your frustration and anger and ball it up
Breathe out and toss that ball away

You are the creator. Your thoughts are creating your reality and YOU are in control of what you think. It’s time to stand up to your thoughts and feel better!

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

If that’s not working, say your name, and then, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

What would it feel like if you actually loved and accepted yourself exactly the way you are?

“Jessica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

Breathe in and feel relief. You are the creator.
Breathe out and stop beating yourself up for not doing enough or for doing too much or for saying the wrong thing or not saying enough.

You can let all that go. You don’t have to beat yourself up anymore!

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

I’ve noticed I’m beating myself up and that’s ok!

Breathe in and make peace with what is
Breathe out and smile because you’re tricking your mind into feeling better

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender. Who cares! It doesn’t matter.

Breathe in and remember you are the creator
Breathe out and stand up to your thoughts

Your thoughts come to you based on how you feel and if you can feel better first, then your thoughts will feel better. If your thoughts are driving you crazy, you can just stop thinking!

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

If you don’t know how to stop thinking, that’s ok. Just relax and go back to silent counting. Remember silent counting will always make you feel better and it will always stop you from thinking those crazy thoughts!

Breathe in and focus your attention
Breathe out and remember, none of this is serious!

It just doesn’t matter. You know what to do. Now go do it!
