Relax your body. Let your shoulders relax. Let your breathing slow down.

Breathe in and be here now
Breathe out and wake up in the dream

Allow yourself to be the observer of your thoughts.

What are you thinking right now? I just thought, “I’m so dumb!”

Breathe in and pay attention to what you’re thinking
Breathe out and remember you don’t have to believe everything you think!

Our thoughts can be so critical. Our thoughts can tear us down, shake up our equilibrium, make us care about what other people think! What if you just watch your thoughts as the observer instead of getting caught up in your thoughts and dragged along with them on their freak show?!

Breathe in and watch your thoughts
Breathe out and let go of each thought as it passes

Then if you can let it go—unless you really like it—you don’t have to grow it!

Breathe in and decide be your reason for feeling good
Breathe out and empty your mind. Let the answers come to you.

Right now you have the choice to step into your confident grateful self—the one who lives the magick life.

You’re the observer! You don’t have to give a fuck what your thoughts are thinking!

Breathe in and observe your thoughts? What am I thinking right now?
Breathe out and notice what you’re thinking. I was thinking, “You should probably breathe out now.”

You don’t have to think about every thought that comes by. You don’t have to believe the thought. You don’t have to let it take you to more thoughts like it!

You are the thing watching the thoughts, not the thoughts!

Breathe out and surrender your ego, surrender your preferences and just watch.

When you watch your thoughts you’re not so attached to what they mean. When you watch your thoughts, you see the big picture and how the thoughts don’t really matter.

You don’t have to do anything else. You can just watch them and you’ll get distance and perspective and it will be funny and most of all you’ll stay in control of your power, in control of how you feel. Because you are an impartial observer, just like watching a movie.

With each thought that comes clear, you get to notice what happens in between the thoughts—and that’s pure positive energy! You, the creator! Source energy, watching your thoughts, having fun, laughing at what you think!

You don’t have to follow every thought that you think. You are not your thoughts. You are the creator, and now you have stepped back into your power.
