Remember you are not your thoughts. You are that which observes your thoughts. Ask yourself right now, “What am I thinking?”

Breathe in and step into the present moment where all of your power lies!
Breathe out and smile because smiling projects love into the world!

Breathe in and decide to be your reason for feeling good today!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences

Decide you can enjoy life the way it is. Decide that life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and say yes!

If you’re worried or you’re feeling anxious or fearful, remember the power of “I don’t give a fuck!”

Even if you don’t mean it, even if you feel guilty for saying it, it’s so powerful! You don’t have to worry about everything. You’re not responsible for everyone else’s well being. You are responsible for yourself, your own well being. And if things are bothering you or you’re worried, wash it all away with “I don’t give a fuck!”

Feel what it feels like to not give a fuck. Feel what it feels like to not care, to let go of that responsibility.

If you’re worried about your pets or your parents or your family or your friends,

Even if your mind resists and tells you, “You have to give a fuck! You have to care! You have to worry! Otherwise something might go wrong and you won’t be there to help!” Well, you can only help them from a place of thriving. When you love yourself and feel carefree, you thrive!

I don’t give a fuck if my cat licks her flea medicine. I don’t give a fuck if the cops come and arrest me. I don’t give a fuck if I have some kind of incurable disease. I don’t give a fuck! I love myself and I am free from my worries!

Breathe out and truly practice the feeling of being carefree
