To all of those irritations that bother you throughout the day, that make your blood boil—try this mantra: “It’s ok!”

Breathe out and let go of the way you think you need things to be. It’s ok.

If you’re scared of illness: It’s ok. If you’re stressed about money: It’s ok. If you’re worried that you’re not doing everything right: It’s ok.
