Breathe in and lighten up! Life is supposed to be fun!
Breathe out and smile! It’s all working out for you!

Allow yourself to relax into this moment. Feel your muscles relaxing. Feel your day brightening.

Breathe in and say “I love myself”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and remember your power!

You are a powerful witch! You are the creator! You are divine! What do you want to create today?

Breathe in and ask yourself, “What do I want?”
Breathe out and surrender your preferences

Let that desire go.

Breathe in and celebrate what is
Breathe out and be at peace with what is

Breathe in and quiet your mind
Breathe out and let the answers come to you

Breathe in and think of your question
Breathe out and listen for the answer

Breathe in and celebrate who you are

If you’re feeling down or you don’t know what to do, or you wish there was something outside of you that would make you feel better, maybe giving yourself a little love would help you feel better.

If that’s not working, make peace with what is. Love yourself no matter what. Love yourself even though you hate so many parts of yourself. Say to yourself: “Even though I crave things outside of me to make me feel good, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am. Even though I’m really annoyed with being sober, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am. Even though I’m desperately craving alcohol, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am. Even though I’m judging myself for what I’m saying, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am. Even though I’m not in as good of a mood as I want to be, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am. Even though I’m annoyed and irritated with myself, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am.

Feel yourself making peace with who you are. It’s ok to be you. It’s ok to be yourself. It’s ok to want what you want.

Breathe in and say “I love and accept myself exactly the way I am.”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck what other people think! I don’t give a fuck if I do that thing I don’t want to do! I don’t give a fuck if I’m not perfect!”

Even though, I want things that I don’t have, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am. Even though I’m not perfect, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am. Even though I feel desperate and empty and hollow and annoyed, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am.
