With each breath in, think to yourself, “Welcome!” With each breath out, think, “Thank you!” What if you say welcome to every little object in your reality? It’s all consciousness. It all has feelings. What if you gave everything love? What if you welcomed it all?

When you breathe in, say Welcome! Welcome computer, welcome lamp, welcome microphone, welcome pitcher of water!
And when you breathe out, thank you! Thank you for being here. Thank you for being here walls. Thank you for being here paper! Thank you for being here braids! Aren’t you so glad it’s all here?

Let yourself work on this chipper attitude that will really transform the way you look at your life. Try looking at everything as if it’s just another being of consciousness experiencing life, trying to get by. Thank it all for being here. It wouldn’t be complete without every element that’s here right now.

If there’s something going wrong, or an ailment in your body, you can help it move along on its merry way by welcoming it as well. Say you have a sore throat: you can say “Welcome” to the sore throat. When you’re not resisting it, it’s free to just move along out of your experience. But when you welcome it, you’re not caring so much about if it leaves or not.
