Notice your body. Notice where your body feels tension. Whatever part of your body is feeling tense right now, say hello to it!

Breathe in and say “Hello!”
Breathe out and ask that part of your body, “What can I do for you?” Then listen for the answer.

Breathe out and relax

Your body is a genius. It will give you the answers you want.

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious even though sometimes it feels like it is

You can choose at any moment to switch your perspective and decide to laugh!

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious!
Breathe out and begin to feel energized!

Life isn’t serious! We’re just here for fun!

Remember to welcome your reality, even if it’s painful. Wherever you’re feeling pain, just ask: Hello. Can I help you? Listen to the answers you hear. Everything can be resolved with awareness.

When you face what you’re afraid of, it’s not so scary anymore. If something in your body makes you feel afraid, face it. Become aware. Ask it questions. Be light about it.

Breathe in and say hello to your body!
Breathe out and ask your body, “How can I help you?”

Breathe in and listen for the answer
Breathe out and enjoy this present moment

Even when you’re in pain, you can enjoy this moment by turning your awareness towards that which you’re afraid of. Look at it with curiosity and wonder. Let it wake you up in the dream.

Breathe out and remember who you are: You are the creator!
