Relax your body. Put your feet on the floor.

Breathe in and let your mind slow down
Breathe out and slow down

Slow down enough to hear what you’re thinking. Slow down enough to wake up in the dream, right here, right now.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. It’s ok to relax and slow down. Let go of your worries. Even if for just a few minutes.

Breathe in and think about what you want
Breathe out and think about what you want

Breathe in and really visualize: what is it that you want?
Breathe out and imagine how good you would feel if you got what you wanted!

Breathe in and feel what it feels like to have what you want
Breathe out and know: that if you can want it, you can have it!

Your only work now is to let go of that desire and trust that it will come to you.

Breathe in and think about what you want. This is the last time!
Breathe out and know it will come to you

Know that what you want is already created and it will come to you when you stop thinking “I don’t have that! I don’t have that!” When you ask it is given, and when you let go of the desire you’ll see you already have it!

Breathe in and relax. What you want is on the way!
Breathe out and smile. What you want is on the way!

Now is the time to act as if you already have it. Feel the way you would feel if you had it. Become your reason for feeling good. Decide you could feel just as good as if you had this thing. Then you won’t need it anymore and you’ll forget about it and it will come right to you

Breathe in and open up to receiving
breathe out and let it come to you

You are your infinite source of feeling good. Your connection to source, your ability to become still. In that stillness there is energy and answers and solutions and love. Everything you want is already inside of you!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Now is the time to pick a mantra that makes you feel really really good so you can remember: “I feel good. I am my reason for feeling good. What I want is coming to me! But in the meantime I already feel as good as I would feel if I had it, so I don’t need it anymore”

Breathe in and feel as good as you would feel if you had what you wanted
Breathe out and remember you’re the creator. This is the creation process

You ask for what you want, then you let it come to you.

Breathe in and say “I love myself”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck if I ever get that thing I want! I already feel good in this present moment. I already have everything I could want. In this moment, I love myself, I don’t give a fuck and I am a powerful witch!”
