Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies. Just imagine, whatever you’re thinking about right now is creating your future.

Breathe in and remember you’re the creator!
Breathe out and let go of your worries. You’re the creator!

If something’s going wrong in your life, you can just switch how you’re thinking and it will resolve itself.

Breathe out and say “I love myself”

If there’s ever a doubt about what you should be thinking, just go back to “I love myself” and you’ll feel better and you’ll receive love and everything will start working out for you.

As you go about this practice of purposely thinking a thought, try to feel what it really feels like to love yourself. Imagine when you say it that you’re bringing healing golden light into your body. That you’re actually bringing love into you that’s healing your cells, healing your thoughts, unblocking whatever needs to be unblocked.

Keep your singular focus on this practice. If it’s too distracting to think

Just repeat “I love myself” over and over and over, every opportunity you remember: “I love myself. I love myself. I love myself.”

As you repeat “I love myself,” imagine that you are really pulling love into your body.

You are in control. Your control is in letting go. You don’t have to control any external factors like time and place and doing. The control you have is in your thoughts—letting go of the resistant thoughts, letting go of the negative thoughts, letting go of worry, letting go of resistance, letting go of hanging on to whatever you can’t stop thinking about. That’s your control: Letting go!

Even if you don’t believe it, even if it sounds SO cheesy at first, keep up your practice and you’ll see results.

This vibration of love will attract love to you. That’s why we want all of the things we want: people, drugs, alcohol, food. We all want it all ultimately because we want to feel loved.

You can get addicted to this thought pattern instead! You can give yourself the love that you crave from external sources.

Imagine the power that you can have when you let go of your resistant thoughts and let yourself receive the love you were born to give.
