Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Am I dreaming right now?”

Let your body relax. Let yourself smile. Even though life can be dark, there’s so much light!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender. You’re in the right place at the right time.

If life seems too hard to bear, if you’re wondering what the point of it all is, I might not have the answer for you, but I have a mantra that helps:

Breathe in and say “I belong here”
Breathe out and know “I belong here”

Allow yourself to open up to the idea that you do belong here. Let yourself believe you’re in the right place. You matter. Your existence means something.

Breathe in and say “I belong here”
Breathe out and belong here

You belong here! You were meant to be here! Everything ever created led up to you being here, right now.

Breathe in and say “I belong here!”
Breathe out and belong here

You belong here. You were meant to be here. You are so loved. Life is so happy you’re here.

Breathe in and feel that sense of belonging. “I Belong Here!”
Breathe out and know it’s true. “I belong here.”

You might not know why, but you can feel what it feels like when you really mean it. “I belong here.” Even if you don’t expect to be in this place forever, right now, you belong here.

Breathe in and smile! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and remember: You are the creator!

You don’t have to look to other people to know how you should feel. You know the truth. Life is just for fun. You don’t have to let other people bring your vibration down. You don’t have to go meet them in sadness.

Breathe in and feel excited about your life! You’re on the way up!
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Know that it’s all for a reason and you’re just going to love it when you remember!

Breathe in and say it: “I belong here!”
Breathe out and know it: “I belong here!”

If life seems tough today, you can change it all around by remembering to love yourself. Help yourself lighten up. Help yourself see that life isn’t that serious, by remembering to love yourself.

Breathe in and say “I love myself”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

It might feel disrespectful or rude to not give a fuck, to feel good even though others feel bad. But you’re allowed to feel however you want! It’s your life! You get to choose: how do you want to feel right now?

Breathe in and ask yourself, “How do I want to feel right now?”
Breathe out and imagine you feel like that.

When you practice the feeling, you magnetize yourself to attract experiences that feel the same. I want to feel in love. When I practice feeling in love, I start attracting things to be in love with.

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

I don’t give a fuck if life is serious sometimes! I don’t give a fuck about pain and death! All that matters is right here and right now. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. In the now everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come

This life is just for fun! It’s not serious!
