There is an entire dimension beyond thought. Infinite dimensions really! There is a next level beyond thought and you can access it by focusing on your breath.

You’ll become used to the cycles of life. You’ll become acclimated in this world. You’ll begin to understand the meaning to life.

Say the word for the whole breath

(it’s kind of hard to talk it as you would think it—something like…

but just imagine saying the word

In while you breathe in the whole breath
and say
Out while you breathe out

The cycle of on and off, up and down, in and out—it’ll prepare you, it’ll acclimate you, it’ll calibrate you to this world.

Before you know it, you’ll be using your breath as your reason to feel good—you’ll feel good Just Because You’re Breathing! Allow yourself to place your singular focus on your breath today.

This cycle, this on and off—it will soothe you. And all of the sudden you’ll look around, notice that you’ve stepped into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. And you’ll feel like you get it, like you understand why you’re here

Life will be fun. Life is fun already isn’t it!

Let your breath bring you pleasure. Let it bring you stillness, comfort. Let it bring you knowing and certainty! Let it help you transcend thought and awaken in the dream!
