Surrender your worries. In the present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Even if people die, even if your bank account is drained, even if you’re in such bad debt you don’t know what to do, even if someone’s sick, even if you’re sick—you can always come back to the present moment and enjoy life. In the present moment everything is fun, there’s nothing to worry about, and you’re free to see the beauty of life—the miracle of life that’s right in front of you right now!

Saying yes and thank you to your reality creates more to say yes and thank you to. And it saves you a lot of pain when you don’t resist.

Today, decide to give yourself love nonstop. What if you could heal your body and make your dreams come true, just by giving yourself love? What if you could start feeling better and better by the minute just by thinking “I love myself”? It’s pretty likely it would work right? Water responds to communication and sound. Your made up of water. If you say “I love myself” to yourself in your head or out loud, the water in your body will start reacting. You’ll start feeling better. You’ll have good ideas. Things will work themselves out. It’s like watering a plant. Decide to water yourself with love today!

This is the best day of your life and it’s about to get better. Focus all of your attention on loving yourself. You don’t even have to attach it to your breath. You can just think all day, “I love myself. I love myself. I love myself.”

Forget all the thoughts, all the haters that disagree. You love yourself now! You’re watering your plant self!

Even when you find reasons to get mad at yourself and beat yourself up, you can say: “Even though I forgot to turn the sound notifications off when I’m recording a video, I still love and accept myself exactly the way I am.” You deserve all the love in the world. It’s ok to love yourself, even though you make mistakes. It’s ok to love yourself even when you’re annoyed with yourself. The more you water yourself with self love, the fewer mistakes you’ll notice, the fewer times you’ll beat yourself up, and the more things will go your way. And the more love you’ll get from other people too! And you won’t even need it because you love yourself!
