Relax your body. Know that you’re in the right place at the right time. Let your thoughts and worries go. It just doesn’t matter!

Let it flow out through your feet, into the earth where it can be neutralized.

Breathe in and allow yourself some magickal thinking!
Breathe out and remember: you’re the creator.

You’re the creator! You created this experience for yourself! What do you want to create next?

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and surrender

Surrender your preferences about how you want things to go. Whatever’s happening is the path to enlightenment. Whatever’s happening is how it should be.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and feel your body relaxing.

Feel your muscles relaxing. Feel your thoughts slowing down.

Breathe in and let yourself smile! You’ll feel better!
Breathe out and decide to not care!

Who cares what people think about you! Who cares how much money you have! Who cares about various people’s health! Who cares! We’re just here for fun!

Breathe in and let yourself lighten up!
Breathe out and wake up in the dream!

Right now, in this moment, you have access to infinite intelligence. What is your question?

My question is, “How can I feel better?”

Breathe in and let your muscles relax
Breathe out and listen for the answer

You’re so good at stilling your mind. You’re so good at slowing down your thoughts. You’re so good at waking up in the dream!

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and decide to laugh at the universal joke!

We’re just here for fun! It’s not serious!

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and decide to not care what other people think

The word is not against you. You don’t have to be afraid to leave your house. You don’t have to be afraid to talk to people. You don’t have to be afraid to interact with the world. You are ONE with the world!

Imagine looking around and thinking of everything that’s around you as you. What would that be like, to feel like you’re the world?

Breathe in and know you are one with the world.
Breathe out and begin to feel compassion for all beings, all consciousness, all life, all of reality. It’s all here for you!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you!

Even when you start feeling guilty or sad or ashamed, or like you miss someone so much, you can always go back to yes and thank you and change your vibration. It’s important to acknowledge where you are, and how you feel. You’re not trying to run from how you feel. But once you notice how you feel, it’s ok to ask for the opposite. It’s ok to ask for something different. It’s ok to state your preferences. Notice how you feel right now: I feel sad, and scared. So what is that making me ask for? I want to feel joyful and fearless! Already I can feel my power coming back to me, because I noticed how I felt, and I’m asking for what I prefer.

Breathe out and say thank you!

This is your power today. Say yes and thank you to everything. When you say yes and thank you, you’ll begin feeling more joyful and more fearless. You’ll feel confident and in love with yourself and ready to take on this world!
