Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body. Decide to trust the process of life.

Breathe in and smile! Life isn’t serious!
Breathe out and remember you’re the creator.

You get to choose what thought you think next. You get to choose how you feel and therefore what you attract.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “How do I want to feel?”
Breathe out and imagine what it would feel like to feel that feeling right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and welcome that thing that you asked for

Be on the lookout for opportunities to feel the way you want to feel. Ask yourself, what can I do to feel that way I want to feel?

Breathe in and decide to not give a fuck!
Breathe out and decide to just laugh!

You’re in the right place at the right time. Let yourself be at peace with what is. Let yourself listen to the universe right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and remember your power! Your power is in the present moment! Your power is putting your focus in the here and now!

When you put your attention in the present moment, you take it off of your thoughts (which push things you want away from you), and you allow the universe to do its work of bringing you exactly what you wanted. Life is supposed to be fun and you’re a magician!

Breathe in and be a magician!
Breathe out and recognize your power!

All you have to do is ask for what you want and know that it’s coming to you, and not think about that thing. Just trust it’s coming. Putting your attention in the present moment is the easiest way to enter that state of trust, that state of flow, that state of being turned on!

Breathe in and decide to be turned on!
Breathe out decide to not give a fuck about what other people think!

In this moment, you are turned on. You are in the present moment. What you want is coming to you but you don’t even care because you are so focused in the present moment, that you feel good right now without needing any kind of manifestations!

Breathe in and smile! Life really is just for fun!
Breathe out and feel your power growing!

In this moment, you are the most attractive you’ve ever been. In this moment, you’re having the best day of your life. In this moment, you’re waking up in the dream and becoming aware of your power.

Breathe in and step into the present moment
Breathe out and let this be your power. Let your presence be your craft. Let your presence be your power.

Allow your magick to reveal itself.

Breathe out and remember it’s easy to enter the present moment.

Your mind wants to tell you: I can’t get to the present moment! I have all of these things to think about! But you can use some techniques or methods to get there, to remember who you really are. One way I love to get into the present moment is:

Breathing in and saying YES
Breathing out and saying THANK YOU

You can try any kind of mantra, silent counting, “I love myself”—whatever—to put your attention in the present moment. Whatever you use, just remember your point is to be here now. Life is meant to be lived here now. Life is supposed to be fun right here, right now. Are you having fun yet? I am!

Breathe in and decide to have fun!
Breathe out and decide to love yourself no matter what.

Just imagine you’re dreaming and you’re waking up in the dream. You’re becoming lucid. You can be or do or have anything you want. You’re going to play and have fun in the present moment until that thing comes to you. You don’t chase after things. You let them come to you!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!
