Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax. Let yourself step into this present moment.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and smile! Because life is not serious!

You’re in the right place at the right time! It’s ok to trust the process of life now.

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

You do not have to care! You do not have to worry! Right now, is your time!

Breathe in and become awareness!
Breathe out and feel the light of your consciousness lighting up solutions for you!

Allow yourself to step back from your thoughts right now.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “What am I thinking?”
Breathe out and wait: watch as your next thought goes by.

It doesn’t matter what you’re thinking. You don’t have to stop it. You don’t have to force yourself to think something else. As long as you’re watching your thoughts, you’re conscious. You’re aware. You’re god. You’re magickal, you’re divine.

Breathe out and wait: watch that thought go by.

In this moment, you are doing everything right. You came to this life to enjoy it. If you found yourself trying to escape reality lately, ask yourself what would happen if you stayed.

Your mind wants you to escape. It wants you to get away from right now, because right now threatens the existence of your mind. You don’t have to think about things and label them and judge them and criticize them to experience and know them.

Breathe out and know that you’re safe. There’s nothing to escape from—not even your thoughts. You can just sit back and watch your thoughts and then they don’t control you. You can laugh at them. You can write them down. Whatever you do, it doesn’t matter because you’re watching them.

Breathe in and escape the trap of your thoughts.
Breathe out and notice what you’re thinking right now.

You’re conscious. You’re aware. That’s it. You made it. You’re here now.

Stay here and enjoy right now. What if you tried it? What if you tried not escaping in every moment—looking for food or drugs or people or work or alcohol—things to take you out of reality?

What if every time you had a craving for something outside of yourself to help you escape or feel better, what if you just said to yourself: “Stay here and enjoy right now”?

Everything you need is in this moment right here, right now. All of the abundance and prosperity you desire are right here, right now. If you can step outside of your thoughts and enter the present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.
