Relax your body.

Breathe in and enter this present moment
Breathe out and be still

Relax in your body. Step back from your thoughts.

Breathe out and just notice your thoughts

If you find yourself worrying today, remember this: You Never Have To Wonder!

All those times you say, “I wonder if… What if… I wonder if…”—relax and tell yourself: You Never Have To Wonder. If you’re wondering, you’re not believing in the magick. You think your mind has to figure it out. You think you have to physically step in. You think you have to fix it. But if you stop wondering, stop asking, “What if this happens,” you’re trusting the magick of life. Everything that happens will be exactly perfect.

Breathe in and say it to yourself: “You Never Have To Wonder”
Breathe out and focus your attention.

In this moment you know, you never have to wonder. If you find yourself wondering, “What should I do?” or, “Where should I go?” or, “What is this person doing?”, reply to your mind with, “You never have to wonder.” Stop those thoughts—those worried thoughts—in their tracks.

Breathe in and smile because you have the solution!
Breathe out and decide to never wonder.

I never have to wonder if my cat is distracting from this video. I never have to wonder if I’m doing a good job. I never have to wonder if I did the right thing, or if I’m going to do the right thing. I never have to wonder. Whatever the right thing is, will happen at the time it’s supposed to happen. I don’t have to get involved because I trust the magick of life.

Breathe out and feel confident because you trust the process of life now!

Whatever life does, is better than whatever you could come up with in your mind.

Breathe out and believe in the magick of life

You never have to wonder if you’re doing the right thing. You never have to wonder if it’s going to work out. You never have to wonder what someone else is doing. Whatever is, is perfect. Life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and feel relieved
Breathe out and be free from worry, from wonder, from compulsive thinking.

You are now at peace with what is, because You Never Have To Wonder.
