Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body. Lift yourself up! Let go of your worries.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let your mind slow down

Bring your attention to this present moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and step into this moment
Breathe out and wake up in the dream!

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Allow yourself to bask in the perfection that is this moment, that you created just for yourself.

Breathe in and become one with everything around you
Breathe out and remember your power as the creator!

The external world is created inside of you.

Breathe in and go within!
Breathe out and step back from your mind

Step back from your thoughts. Just watch your thoughts go by.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you
to whatever is happening in your reality right now.

Whatever is, is perfect.

Breathe in and smile because life loves you!
Breathe out and stop second guessing.

You can step back from your mind. You can let go of your thoughts. You can open up to receiving the natural flow of well being that’s already inside of you!

Breathe in and step into your natural state of well being!
Breathe out and feel life coming back into your body!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you!

Everything is working out for you, from now on. Let yourself be still, so you can hear what life has to tell you.

Breathe in and open up!

Ask yourself, “Who is feeling?” Ask yourself to notice, “What am I feeling?”

Breathe in and notice what you’re feeling
Breathe out and let that feeling go

You can let each moment in life pass through you, while you stay feeling good, connected to your source, to the universal well being, that comes from that point in you where consciousness is. You have access to a permanent flow of pure positive energy within you already! All you have to do to access it, is notice, “Who is feeling? Who is thinking?” Any time you notice a disturbance in your emotions or your thoughts—if it’s too abstract to just stand back and notice, try this technique, which is based on EFT. Every time you notice a disturbance, just say, “Even though I notice a disturbance, I love and accept myself totally and completely.” (I need to work on it too!) Even though I experienced this disturbance, I totally and completely love and accept myself. Use this technique to let thoughts and feelings pass through you so you can stay anchored in the present moment, where all of your power lies.
