I believe everything happens for a reason. But sometimes it’s maddening to have something “bad” happen, and then hear someone say, “Well, everything happens for a reason!” So my new thing is to say “nothing happens for a reason” when something “goes wrong”. It’s funnier, and kinda helps me let go of trying to figure everything out. Also, when you’re waiting and waiting and nothing is happening… nothing is happening for a reason!

Breathe in and take a look at your limiting beliefs
Breathe out and let those limiting beliefs go

Sure you might think, how could it possibly only get better from here? But whatever you believe, you’re right.

Breathe in and decide what you want to believe!
Breathe out and rest easy because belief is just a thought you think a lot!

Breathe in and step into your power as the creator
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!

This is the right place and this is the right time. Every moment ever created lead up to right now! You doing this! Nothing happens for a reason!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s just for fun!
Breathe out and relax your body

Let what you want come to you, knowing that when it comes you won’t care because you already feel good. Everything you want, you just want so you can feel better. And you can choose to feel better right now!

Breathe in and step into your power!
Breathe out and decide to feel better right now!

Even though I have this problem, I’ve decided to feel good about that! It’s working itself out! Who cares!

Breathe in and make peace with what is
Breathe out and connect with your breath

You can always listen for the answers. You can always listen for the flow. And if you ever doubt what you should be thinking, just go back to “I love myself”.
