I was deeply inspired by Carolyn Elliot’s latest post on badwitch.es: “10 Ways that Shadow Work Sky-Rockets Your Manifestation Results.” It’s about acknowledging the unconscious part of you that actually desires the “bad” stuff in life like drama and scarcity. Every time you experience something you dislike, imagine turning within and thinking, “I must have an unconscious desire to experience this.” Notice how suddenly you feel curious, instead of repulsed.

Even the unpleasant in life is a manifestation of our deepest desires. I’m trying to remember that all the things I think I don’t want are actually gifts, and to consciously choose to switch to the perspective of feeling already fulfilled.

Relax your body. You’re in the right place at the right time.

Breathe in and decide to let your thoughts go
Breathe out and let your worries go

It’s all working out for you. You live the magick life, after all!

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

You don’t have to care about what anyone else is doing. You don’t have to care about what anyone else thinks. All that matters is how you feel, and right now you can choose to feel better!

Breathe out and feel relaxed

You don’t owe anyone anything!

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences

Ask yourself right now, what do I want?

I want to feel good. I want to enjoy doing my work. I want to love my work.

Breathe in and imagine what it would feel like if you had what you wanted
Breathe out and relax. You can let it come to you now!

Throughout your day, identify what you want and practice the feeling of having it, then let it go. You can have whatever you want if you can let it go.

Breathe in and make peace with what is
Breathe out and decide to feel good even though you don’t have everything you want.

Even getting what you want won’t make you feel any better than you feel now. You get to choose how you feel. You can choose to feel good, right now.

Breathe in and step into your power as the creator!
Breathe out and decide to feel confident!

This is the right place! This is the right time! You are doing everything right! You can relax now.

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and relax. You’re getting so much better at loving yourself. You’re getting so much better at remembering you already do love yourself!

If you notice yourself feeling not as good as you want to feel, or if you’re annoyed or irritated or angry, maybe ask yourself, “Do I have an unconscious desire to manifest this situation?” Any time you receive something you don’t want, remember having is evidence of wanting. A part of you does want that. A part of you does want things to go wrong. A part of you does want things to die. A part of you does want to feel bad. Acknowledge the part of you that wants these things that you feel ashamed about.

Breathe in and acknowledge your unconscious desires
Breathe out and know: you’re receiving exactly what you wanted.

Even when you’re getting what you so-called don’t want, realize a part of you did want that. Let it help you feel fulfilled right now.

Breathe in and decide to feel already fulfilled!
Breathe out and know: you’re always getting what you wanted. Having is evidence of wanting!

Breathe in and own your unconscious desires
Breathe out and say yes to receiving those unconscious desires

Whatever you’re experiencing that you think you don’t want, know that you did have an unconscious desire for that. Now you’re receiving exactly what you wanted. Let it help you project the feeling of being fulfilled. Let it help you project the feeling of having what you wanted. Then that thing you don’t want will be free to move along since you’re not resisting it anymore. It’s all for you. It’s all a gift. Everything you thought you didn’t want is a gift helping you get what you did want.

Breathe out and know it’s all a gift!

Everything in your life, whether you think you wanted it or not, is a gift for you.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

In this moment, you are already fulfilled. Let yourself feel so good, so relieved, so loved. You’re getting everything you ever wanted. You’re in control of how you feel.
