I always want a perfect mantra that’s going to work for me every day for the rest of my life. But if I don’t switch it up, I get bored and the mantras lose their effect. I was at a loss as to how to find a new mantra when I need it, but discovered a method for attracting mantras that works great for me: silent counting! Every time a mantra loses its flavor, I go back to silent counting and within minutes to hours I attract much better-feeling thoughts, and with them comes a much better-feeling mantra I can focus on for a day or two.

Strengthening my singular focus to be able to keep my attention on a specific mantra for more than a day or two would be great, but while I work on my mental muscles, silent counting ALWAYS works as a fallback for feeling better.

This moment is where all of your power lies. In this moment, you are the creator. In this moment, everything is working out for you.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and gather your attention. Place it in this present moment.

If you ever get confused or you don’t know what to think or you can’t wrangle your thoughts, just meditate on love:

Breathing in I love myself
Breathing out I love myself

Love yeah love
Love yeah love

But if love just isn’t cutting it for you, and you want to manifest some stuff today, try this:

Breathe in and say YES!
Breathe out and say THANK YOU!

Or if none of these mantras are suiting you today, if they’re not your shot of whiskey, then go back to silent counting and you’ll attract a better-feeling thought specifically created for you.

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12… and on and on and you’ll attract your solution.

It’s so simple: you can just count silently, or think about love, or tell yourself you love yourself. Just choose one thing to focus on.

Charge yourself up! Become a magnet for what you want.

Start feeling what it would feel like if you were really saying yes and thank you to something you’ve manifested.
