“I am loving awareness” is a mantra Ram Dass suggests in the first chapters of Be Love Now. As someone deeply obsessed with finding good-feeling thoughts, it is such a relief to hear a mantra idea from a spiritual guru that just clicks. “I am loving awareness” reminds us that in our core, stripped of the ego, we are all just points of awareness made out of love. “I am loving awareness” is a thought that helps us back to witness consciousness, where we don’t mind what happens. Remembering to be “loving awareness” connects us to the limitless source within that makes being alive blissful regardless of circumstance.

You always do your best. You have so much love inside of you. You’re in the right place at the right time. Each step that you take is exactly right.

Breathe in and make peace with what is!
Breathe out and let this moment be enough for you.

In this moment, you are enough. In this moment, you have enough.

Ram Dass suggests the mantra, “I am loving awareness.” Try to think this mantra any time you remember throughout the day. I am loving awareness. He says, that even if “I am loving awareness” is a thought, it points to that which is not a thought!
