I haven’t posted a video in a while because of Thanksgiving and then I just stopped making it a priority. As a result my mood dipped and I forgot who I was! I forgot my power! I had this video recorded a day before T-day and decided to dive back in today. I feel so much better! My video self has GOT the answers! Just remember: ONLY YOUR THOUGHTS CAN MAKE YOU FEEL BAD! And you get to choose what you think! To still your mind and feel better, just focus on your breath or on silent counting, and you’ll soon be back to your playful, joyful, natural state of feeling good! And THEN when you feel better, you become a magnet to solutions! Your thinking mind will never “figure it out”! Just decide to feel better and the answer will COME TO YOU!

Breathe out and release your worries

Breathe out and surrender your preferences!

Step into this present moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

Whatever happens, you don’t mind! Whatever happens, you’re still going to feel good! Because you are the creator. You can be the reason you feel good!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

It’s the right time. It’s the right place. You are in the perfect place right now, to receive everything you’ve ever wanted! It’s all working out for you! Allow yourself to surrender your thoughts. Open up to the reality that you already have what you want!

Relax your shoulders. Open your mind. Let yourself hear the answers you’ve been looking for.

Breathe in and step outside of your thoughts
Breathe out and smile because you don’t need your thoughts! You really don’t need those thoughts! Your mind might try to convince you that you have to keep thinking about this thing, whether it’s good or bad. But it’s ok to empty your mind, to still your mind, to transcend your mind. It’s ok to let those thoughts go and just decide to feel good right here right now!

Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you!

If you want to feel good regardless of your circumstance, just step outside of your mind. Just stop thinking. It works every single time. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad!!

If only your thoughts can make you feel bad, then if you stop thinking, you’ll return to your natural feeling-good state!

You can try all sorts of different mantras to stop thinking, to step away from your thoughts. You can try silent counting, or you can just follow your breath with a simple

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out

All you have to do is place your singular focus on something simple, something repetitive. Something your mind doesn’t argue with. You can’t argue with

I’m breathing in
I’m breathing out

It’s the truth. There’s nothing for your mind to think about. You can’t argue with counting. Numbers go from 1 - 100 and then you can start over.

Let this mantra pull your attention into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Let this be your point of focus instead of the chaos of the outside world. If you can still your mind and find peace inside, you’ll find that the world outside is also peaceful.
