Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Focus your attention in this present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and focus
Breathe out and decide to still your mind.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and remember who you are!

Remember your power! You are the creator. You are a powerful witch. You are magickal. You can manifest anything you want.

Breathe in and step into your power!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences!

You can be happy no matter what happens!

No matter what happens, you don’t mind! That’s your secret. Today, decide to feel good regardless of your circumstances, regardless of whether you get what you want or not. Think about what you want. I want to win this lawsuit. What do you want?

What would it feel like to get what you want? To me, I would feel empowered. I would feel confident. I would feel magickal. How would you feel? Now you’ve imagined getting what you want. You’ve imagined what it would feel like. You’ve practiced the feeling. Now you can let it go.

You can let it go and bring your attention into the present moment. You can focus your attention on feeling good, not on thinking about how you’re going to manifest or make something happen. Now your only work is to FEEL GOOD!

Breathe in and decide to feel good!
Breathe out and smile! Because it doesn’t matter if you get that thing you want! You’ll still feel good!

So how do you feel good, even if you don’t get what you want? Well you just place your attention on your breath, because the only thing that can make you feel bad is your thoughts. If you just put your attention on your breath and not on thinking, you’ll feel better.

Keep all of your focus on these words, on your breath.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in

Feel yourself falling into the rhythm of breath. It’s safe there. As long as you’re breathing, you can feel good.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Even if your mind wanders, just gently bring it back to your breath.

Can you feel your body relaxing? Can you feel life getting simpler? All of the answers are written in the breath.

Feel yourself charging up.

Put your faith in this mantra. Decide it will work. Decide you will feel better if you just focus on your breath instead of your thoughts.

Your breath is all you need to feel good and enjoy life. Your thoughts are the only thing that can make you feel bad.

You might hear your mind coming back at you with, “Well you should feel bad because of this and because of this and because of this.” Just keep going back to your breath.

Let go of your worries. Let go of your doubts and let your breath help you transcend your mind. Let your breath help you enter the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!
