Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body. Let yourself smile because life is not serious! To whatever is going on in your life, whatever may be going wrong, just say:

YES!
THANK YOU!

It’s a solution and it’s the best thing that ever happened to you!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

This is the best day of your life! In this moment you can choose to feel the best you’ve ever felt!

Breathe in and decide to feel the best you’ve ever felt!
Breathe out and smile because you are a powerful creator!

Breathe in and say, “I feel the best I’ve ever felt!”
Breathe out and know: You feel the best you’ve ever felt!

When you say, “I feel the best I’ve ever felt,” it’s true until you push it away with your thoughts. Just practice saying it for one moment and imagine what that would feel like. Then let it go and you’ll find later in the day or tomorrow, you really will feel the best you’ve ever felt!

Breathe in and bask in your power as the creator!
Breathe out and smile because life is just for fun!

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and smile!

Your problems are solutions. They’re helping you either get to where you want to be, or they’re giving you something you already wanted.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Decide that you are going to care about how you feel today. You are going to make how you feel the most important thing to you.

Breathe in and decide to feel good!
Breathe out and feel better already!

All that matters is how you feel! When you feel good, you attract the solutions. You become a match to information that was right in front of you that you couldn’t see.

Breathe in and decide to feel good and become a match!
Breathe out and know: It’s within your power and control to feel good.

Feeling good is your natural state. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad.

Breathe in and still your mind
Breathe out and let go of those thoughts that make you feel bad.

You can either focus on your breath,

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out

Or you can count silently to 100 over and over. You can say “I love myself”. You can say “I am loving awareness” as your mantra. Pick one thing to be your singular point of focus. All that matters is that you’re focused on one thing, not on the thousands of thoughts you have a day.

Breathe in and choose the one thing you’re going to focus on
Breathe out and know you made the right decision.

Decide to stand by your decision to focus on that one thought. I chose “I love myself.”

At first, it can be hard to believe, hard to swallow.

It’s true until you think a thought otherwise.

Feel yourself softening, looking for reasons why you might actually love yourself.

Let this be your mantra, your singular focus. Or do the silent counting, or say “I am loving awareness” or say “Yes, thank you” or focus on your breath.

You are the creator! Do whatever it takes to feel good and you will attract good feeling experiences. That is your power. Calibrate how you feel to how you want to feel, then you experience experiences that feel that way.

I’m calibrating myself to experience experiences in which I love myself. I’m going to find so much evidence that I really do love myself!
