Whatever you want, decide you’re going to let go of that preference.

If you don’t want something, it can’t make you feel pain if you don’t have it.

Trust that even if things aren’t exactly the way you want them to be, they’re happening FOR you, leading you to what you really want.

Breathe out and let go of your worries!

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. It’s time to let those stale desires go. Those things that you can’t stop thinking about. “I wish it was different. I wish it was different. I wish it was different. I hate how it’s this way, I hate how it’s this way, I hate how it’s this way.” Let go of that preference and you’ll feel no more pain.

No matter what happens, you don’t mind. You can be happy regardless of your circumstances. Your happiness, your love, your joy—it comes from inside of you. You don’t need external conditions to make you feel a certain way.

Practice using this as your mantra today. Every time you notice yourself feeling bad because things aren’t going your way—surrender your preferences! Decide to not care. Decide to not give a fuck if it goes the way you want or not. You don’t know the best way for it to go! You just think you do. The way that it is, is the best way.
