If you don’t already feel joyful, if you don’t already feel playful, if you don’t already feel content—you can go back to silent counting to lift your mood, raise your vibration and feel better in 100 seconds.

Breathe out and decide to let go of caring about what you look like. Let go of caring about what other people think about you. Decide you’re not going to let those lawyers stress you out!

It’s easy to say, “Yeah, I thought about this thing, I want it. Now I’m letting it come to me.” But how do you actually keep your focus tuned in a way that you stay magnetic, that you stay attracting exactly what you want to you? Silent counting of course! And I have this new method for silent counting, that makes it go by really fast. It focuses your attention very quickly. Let’s try it!

Whatever’s happening, whatever your problem is—it’s actually a solution, they tell me!

If you can quiet your mind and get some distance from your thoughts with counting, you’ll see how the stuff you think is happening TO you is actually happening FOR you. It’s all a blessing. It’s all a gift. If you’re being sued by a debt collector, that lawsuit is in your favor.
