Let yourself visualize these things. Feel what it would feel like to actually

You can use this mantra any time when you’re feeling low energy, or you’re dragging your feet or you don’t want to do something, you’re procrastinating.

You have the power to lift your own mood. You have the power to let go of any thoughts holding you back.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself smile. Let yourself relax. Let yourself lighten up because it’s not serious!

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and decide to not care!

There’s no pain in the now. There’s no thought in the now. In the present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. You’re getting everything you wanted.

Remember when you wanted what you’re currently experiencing?

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and let yourself feel whatever you’re feeling. Right now I’m feeling so scared.

Just remember fear is excitement with the brakes on.

Breathe in and notice what you’re feeling
Breathe out and let yourself feel that feeling

Whatever’s happening is a solution. Whatever’s happening is in your favor. Whatever is happening, is the path to enlightenment.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you!

No one gets out of this alive. We’re just here for fun. All you can do is enjoy your life right here right now. All you can do is appreciate what you have right now. It’s not going to always be like this!

Decide to focus your attention, right now. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. You can choose to step outside of your thoughts. You can choose to smile. You can choose to enter this present moment. Right now everything is fine. Right now everything is ok. In this moment, you don’t need anything.

Breathe in and appreciate what you have
Breathe out and say thank you for what you have

What you have is perfect. What you have is what you need. You are so blessed. You are so loved. You are so cared for.

Breathe in and make peace with what is
Breathe out and trust the process of life

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in

Whenever you’re scared and life is just too much, go back to your breath, away from your thoughts.
