Daily Meditation – Connect to Synchronicity

I was filling out the “Scavenger Hunt” exercise in my Monthly Manifestation Manual. I got to “synchronicity” and had a hard time coming up with recent examples. I hadn’t been on the lookout for synchronicity, so I hadn’t been seeing it.

I set an intention to notice synchronicity and immediately was gifted with Alexa telling me there was 4 minutes and 20 seconds left on my timer. We had just been talking about edibles before I asked her.

A teeny, tiny, silly, synchronicity. But we noticed it, and laughed. More synchronicities followed, from accidental matching colors to effortless photo white balancing. Little things, but they reminded me of my power. If I want to see it, all I have to do is look for it!

Imagine the satisfaction you’ll feel when you get that thing. Imagine smiling! And thinking to yourself, “I manifested that!”

You are a powerful creator! You can be or do or have anything you want. All you have to do is let go of the desire and decide to be happy without ever receiving it!

In this moment: decide. “I don’t care if I ever get that thing.”

I want to feel light and I want to feel motivated and I want to feel inspired and I want to feel free to spend my time any way I wish. In conclusion I want headphones and new music and a schedule and to do my work without resisting it I want to love myself and look and feel my best and make good decisions and get fucked up without the hangover! I want to feel that coziness of having friends over for drinks and an art party and it's raining out but it's warm in here and we're all feeling so good and we never want the night to end! I was deeply inspired by Carolyn Elliot’s latest post on badwitch.es: “10 Ways that Shadow Work Sky-Rockets Your Manifestation Results.” It’s about acknowledging the unconscious part of you that actually desires the “bad” stuff in life like drama and scarcity. Every time you experience something you dislike, imagine turning within and thinking, “I must have an unconscious desire to experience this.” Notice how suddenly you feel curious, instead of repulsed.

Even the unpleasant in life is a manifestation of our deepest desires. I’m trying to remember that all the things I think I don’t want are actually gifts, and to consciously choose to switch to the perspective of feeling already fulfilled.

Throughout your day, identify what you want and practice the feeling of having it, then let it go. You can have whatever you want if you can let it go.

Even getting what you want won’t make you feel any better than you feel now. You get to choose how you feel. You can choose to feel good, right now.

Breathe in and step into your power as the creator!
Breathe out and decide to feel confident!

This is the right place! This is the right time! You are doing everything right! You can relax now.

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and relax. You’re getting so much better at loving yourself. You’re getting so much better at remembering you already do love yourself!

If you notice yourself feeling not as good as you want to feel, or if you’re annoyed or irritated or angry, maybe ask yourself, “Do I have an unconscious desire to manifest this situation?” Any time you receive something you don’t want, remember having is evidence of wanting. A part of you does want that. A part of you does want things to go wrong. A part of you does want things to die. A part of you does want to feel bad. Acknowledge the part of you that wants these things that you feel ashamed about.

Breathe in and acknowledge your unconscious desires
Breathe out and know: you’re receiving exactly what you wanted.

Even when you’re getting what you so-called don’t want, realize a part of you did want that. Let it help you feel fulfilled right now.

Breathe in and decide to feel already fulfilled!
Breathe out and know: you’re always getting what you wanted. Having is evidence of wanting!

Breathe in and own your unconscious desires
Breathe out and say yes to receiving those unconscious desires

Whatever you’re experiencing that you think you don’t want, know that you did have an unconscious desire for that. Now you’re receiving exactly what you wanted. Let it help you project the feeling of being fulfilled. Let it help you project the feeling of having what you wanted. Then that thing you don’t want will be free to move along since you’re not resisting it anymore. It’s all for you. It’s all a gift. Everything you thought you didn’t want is a gift helping you get what you did want.

Breathe in and be here now
Breathe out and know it’s all a gift!

Everything in your life, whether you think you wanted it or not, is a gift for you.

The best advice I’ve ever received regarding taking psychedelics was, “If you ever get scared or start having a bad trip, meditate on love and you’ll be fine.” So one time on acid I was beginning to panic about how I couldn’t control my environment, and I remembered the advice. I started thinking to myself, “Love. Yeah. Love.” And it transformed my trip into perfection. There really is nothing better you can do with your time, energy and attention than focus on love. And the advice goes for any time in life, not just on drugs. Go back to love and the love will be there to guide you. Love, yeah love!

One time I was having a sort of panic attack during an acid trip. I didn’t know what to do, so I let go of all control and what came to me was the phrase, “Love yeah love”. There was nothing I could do to control the situation. There was nothing I could do to make sure everything was ok, other than meditate on love, yeah love.

Let this be your mantra today. As you go about your day, keep bringing your awareness back to love. You can say it in your head: Love, Yeah, Love. It’s the answer to everything. It’s the answer you’ve been looking for. It will help you shift your perspective when things are annoying or irritating or maddening or angering.

Love helps you be light. Love helps you have fun. Love holds all the answers. Love is who you really are.

If he found himself reminiscing or planning, he was reminded to “Be Here Now” by his guide. If you find yourself worrying or overthinking a bit too often, try reminding yourself throughout the day: Be Here Now.

It can be so overwhelming to constantly be worrying about your health, your money, someone else’s health, what does this person think about me, what should I do, what shouldn’t I do, am I doing this right, am I good enough, do people love me?? And on and on… What if today, you decided to say, “Fuck those worries!” and just enjoy the present moment?

I don’t give a fuck about this weird sunlight situation! I don’t give a fuck that I’m constantly worried about my health and if it’s not my health it’s money and if it’s not my money it’s my family and if it’s not my family it’s my relationships and if it’s not my relationships it’s my pets! No more! Today, you me both, are going to let our worries go, forever! And live in the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe out and decide you’re going to have fun today!

In the present moment, you get to just play! In the present moment, you’ll get the information you need when you need it. You’ll figure out a solution when it’s time to figure out a solution. Worrying is not going to help, but what is going to help is enjoying your life!

Breathe out and wake up in the dream!

As you go about your day, let “Be here now” be your mantra. Every time you think it, just let your thoughts stop and pay attention to where you are. Each moment is so magickal. There’s so much to see. So much detail, so many animals and plants and clouds! There’s so much beauty and perfection in the world, right here, right now.

You can let go of your worries, even though your mind’s going to try to pull you back, saying, “You should probably worry about this still. You should probably do something about this.” But each time you notice your mind trying to pull your awareness towards a disturbance, take a deep breath, and remind yourself: Be here now.

But you can stand up to your thoughts. You’re stronger than your mind. You are not your mind. Today you’re transcending your mind.
